Role Overview
- This role is designed for an entry-level developer looking to specialize in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- You will leverage C# and JavaScript to build robust solutions that enhance customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and actions using C# and .NET.
- Customize the D365 CE front-end using JavaScript and Web Resources.
- Support the configuration of entities, forms, views, and security roles.
- Assist in integrating D365 CE with third-party applications using APIs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
