About the Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Fresh Life, you will be essential in creating visual content that communicates our mission and engages our audience. Your creativity will help shape our brand's visual identity across various platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of design and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with the communications team to develop graphics for digital and print media, ensuring consistency and excellence in all visual communications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop visual content for campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials
• Assist in maintaining and evolving the visual identity of Fresh Life across all platforms
• Support the creation of presentations and other collateral materials
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from the team
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
• Prior experience in creating graphics for digital and print media
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback
• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage
