    Junior Revenue Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities for hotels.
    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
    • Optimize existing channels and expand distribution partnerships.
    • Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel
    • Training and overseeing the implementation of the hotel technology provided by HotelOnline
    • Provide a periodic dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and actual comparisons
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
    • Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
    • Embed a revenue management culture.
    • Any other reasonable requests made by management.

    Requirements

    • Experience in Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems and / or Distribution / Channel Management Systems will be a huge plus
    • High analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
    • Good knowledge in Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs etc)
    • Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-driven and goal-oriented working attitude
    • Fluent in English, French will be a Plus
    • The ability to demonstrate an understanding of core Revenue Management principles
    • Adaptable to schedule changes.
    • Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
    • Works independently and ability to learn fast
    • High on Communications skills
