    Junior Sales Engineer

    Job Brief

    • The Junior Support and Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal functioning of our existing solutions while building sales. This multifaceted position involves providing technical support to clients, actively participating in sales efforts, and contributing to the development of minor additional functionalities within the systems.
    • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively monitor and maintain the functionality of our existing solutions. Address and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Actively participate in sales activities to promote and sell solutions assigned. Engage with existing clients to identify upselling opportunities and address evolving needs.
    • Develop low to medium-level functionalities within the solutions assigned. Collaborate with the development team for high-level functionalities, if needed.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
    • Basic to middle-level knowledge of web and mobile development frameworks specifically Laravel, React Native and Flutter.
    • Experience working with relational databases such as my SQL and Postgresql etc. Experience with non relational databases such as mongoDB will be an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with technical operations of ERP systems and Digital Healthcare solutions will be appreciated.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling messages.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Basic understanding of project management principles.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Experience

    • 1-2 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
    • Familiarity with software systems support and maintenance.
    • Experience and ability to close sales is a big plus.
