In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, gaining hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including procurement, retail, construction, and regenerative agriculture. Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management & Strategic Execution:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress on key company initiatives.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
- Conduct research and provide insights to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights that drive business improvements and decision-making.
- Present findings in a structured manner to support various departments.
Executive-Level Presentation & Reporting:
- Create compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key findings.
- Summarize complex data and strategies into clear, concise visuals for senior leadership.
- Support in preparing materials for high-level meetings and strategic discussions.
Skills and qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project management, business analysis, or data analytics is a plus.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).
- Ability to conduct research, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
Communication & Presentation:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.
- Confidence in summarizing complex data for executive decision-making
