• A PhD or its academic equivalent in the relevant field with at least three (3) years of teaching experience as a Lecturer at University level
• OR A Master’s Degree in the relevant field with at least five (5) years of University teaching as a Lecturer
• Registered with relevant professional body
• Continued research as evidenced by minimum publication points of thirty two (32) of which at least twenty four (24) should be from refereed scholarly journals.
