    Key Account Manager – Containerized Solutions

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and selling our Containerized Solutions. The ideal candidate will develop strategic marketing initiatives, drive sales growth, interact with related in-house teams, see through projects from conception to completion, and build strong customer relationships to expand our market presence.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Containerized Solutions across various channels.
    • Identify target markets, analyze customer needs, and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
    • Lead all sales activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with product development & designs to align offerings with market demand.
    • Contribute to marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media presence, and promotional events.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of solutions.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
    • Track and report on the status of projects from conception to completion.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and marketing and/or project execution, preferably in portable solutions, construction, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to business development.
    • Fluency in English Language is a must
