    Keyboard Warrior

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    The ideal Keyboard Warrior is an analytical person who has a passion for engaging customers and telling the Moko story. They care about giving the customer the best experience and putting a smile on their face and sparks in their eyes. They are self-motivated and keen to learn on the job. They enjoy taking on a variety of tasks from community management to handling consumer research. They like to find solutions to problems and think of ideas to improve the customer’s experience and they strive to achieve the best possible outcome. 

    THE ROLE IN BRIEF

    1. Research Support:
      1. Making follow up calls to clients in our database in order to generate more leads 
      2. Conduct in-person and over-the-phone qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys
    2. Community Manager support
      1. Respond to comments from customers on our ads on Facebook and Instagram
      2. Ensure that all queries that need to be escalated to a manager/supervisor are done on time
      3. Resolve any complaints we have from the comments section by alerting the responsible team
      4. Create a report on trends/content from the consumers that can help us create better content
      5. Carrying out any other tasks assigned to you by your manager

    ARE YOU OUR DREAM CANDIDATE?

    1. Extremely strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
    2. Attention to details to ensure that all the information collected is accurate and that participants to interview are clear on what is expected of them
    3. Analytical ability to provide feedback on the format of the survey to ensure we have the right framing of questions
    4. Clear communication to brief the interview participants and to ensure they attend the interviews at the correct time
    5. An enthusiastic individual with outstanding problem-solving skills to enhance our customer experience 
    6. Strong analytical skills—ability to analyse data and proactively identify and address issues with customer accounts
    7. An initiative taker who enjoys working independently once you receive clear directions from the manager
    8. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
    9. Eager to join a young, quickly-growing organization and team
    10. Previous marketing experience is a plus,
