Kilishop Officer at Kilimall

Responsibilities:

• Manage a Region (Monitor the performance of the region, Follow up on reverse & forward logistics and daily clearance for abnormal data)
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with existing Kili Shops.
• Improve Kili Shops review in the designated region.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Degree / Diploma in Business Development / Business Management or related field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
• 3 months or above Experience in Customer Service.
• Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
• Detail oriented
• Experience in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
