    Sales Director

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
    2. Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
    3. Development and promotion of weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
    4. Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
    5. Working with clients to better understand their business needs and goals and therefore design accordingly to cater to them.
    6. Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify the best product offerings.
    7. Estimations of sales volume and profit for current and new products.
    8. Analyze current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement.
    9. Identify process blockers and resolve accordingly to best suit the client.
    10. Up sell when appropriate.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in sales / business administration / management or a relevant field.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in sales with a clear focus on the HORECA industry.
    • In depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
    • Portfolio of contacts and prospects for corporate entities / bodies.
    • Capacity to manage various projects and to work tight deadlines.
    • Excellent negotiation skills that lead to closure of accounts.
    • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.

    PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

    • Strong work ethic, ability to manage assigned tasks with scheduled commitments timely.
    • Quick decision making skills and with a keen eye for detail.
    • A positive can -do attitude.
