    Sales Trainee

    Are you eager to fast-track your career in sales and go for the big bucks? Then apply for the Kwara Sales Traineeship!

    • Join a team of other trainees who will learn along with you, led by one of Kwara’s co-founders and supported by a successful Sales Manager

    A day in the life of a Sales Trainee means:

    • Seeking and gathering data on SACCOs across Kenya
    • Giving potential customers a demo of our core banking platform
    • Creating market insights to help map out SACCOs in Kenya
    • Using and updating the company CRM
    • Taking ownership of SACCOs deals from introduction to signing
    • Improving the Sales department with your insights and experience

    Requirements

    What do we expect from you?

    • You are driven to use your sales experience in a fintech startup
    • You are eager to learn independently and with others
    • You are autonomous in problem-solving and taking initiative
    • You deeply care about targets and numbers
    • You communicate excellently with all stakeholders, internal and external
