- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

What you’ll do
- Create and optimize Laserfiche workflows, eForms, and business processes
- Automate tasks, routing, and approvals
- Integrate systems using SQL, APIs, and scripts
- Configure metadata, security, and document structures
- Diagnose issues and improve existing solutions}
What you need
- Two years of experience with workflows or eForms (Laserfiche, DocuSign, Adobe, etc.)
- Two years of experience in Laserfiche (Workflow, Forms, Admin Console)
- Knowledge of SQL and data validation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication in advanced English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or SDK
- Experience with Entra ID / IIS
- LCP certification
