Lawyer at Network Recruitment

The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice, handle litigation, draft contracts, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will need :

• to hold an LLB degree and have competed articles
• have been admitted as an Attorney/Advocate
• have a sound knowledge of Intellectual Property legislation
• have an excellent understanding of corporate, commercial and contract law in general
• have a minimum of 8 to 10 years in commercial law
• To provide legal and business advice
• to be able to comment, draft and finalise various commercial agreements
• to support the African Region in all legal matters,
