    Lead Interior Designer

    Do you dream in floor plans, breathe in textures and bring spaces to life with effortless creativity?If you are ready to turn concrete walls into dream homes, offices and commercial master pieces, we want you on our team!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead design concepts, mood boards, and space planning
    • Review drawings, BOQS, and ensure code compliance
    • Manage junior designers, 3D visualizers & draftsmen
    • Coordinate with clients, site teams & consultants
    • Oversee project timelines, materials & budgets
    • Guide procurement to align with design intent

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Interior Design or related field NOT less than 10 years of active experience in interior design with lead-level exposure.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.
    • Strong leadership, communication & project skills
