Lecturer - Nursing at Kenya Methodist University (KeMU)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have an earned Ph.D. degree in Nursing (Midwifery, Critical care, oncology and Education) or its equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized academic institution.

OR

• Have a Master’s degree in Nursing (Midwifery, Critical care, oncology and Education) from a recognized academic institution
• Have at least three (3) years of teaching or research experience at University level after obtaining a Master’s degree
• Have a minimum of 24 publications points, of which at least 16 should be from refereed journal papers.
• Strong proficiency in the use of LMS and digital instructional tools.
• Must be registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya
• Those with a Master’s degree must demonstrate intention to register for a Doctorate degree.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills
• Should have evidence of contribution to University life through active participation in Departmental and Faculty activities and good quality teaching, attendance of meetings, student academic advising and committee membership
