Legal Intern/Junior Associate at Regen Organics

We are seeking a Legal Intern/Junior Associate to assist with legal matters, including draftingcdemand letters, preparing legal documentation, managing case files, and conducting legal research. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing demand letters, contracts, and legal documents.
• Organize and manage legal case files.
• Conduct legal research on relevant Kenyan laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking outstanding debts.
• Communicate with clients and debtors on legal matters related to recoveries.
• Support in court filings and documentation preparation if necessary.
• Perform any other legal administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Diploma in Law (or currently pursuing).
• Basic understanding of contract law and debt recovery in Kenya.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in legal work
