Marketing Representative at Ebony Estates Limited

• We are seeking a Marketing Representative to promote its property portfolio, generate qualified enquiries and help clients find properties that meet their needs. The role involves digital marketing, client follow-up, property viewings and coordination with the sales and property management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Market available residential and commercial properties through online listings, social media, WhatsApp and other suitable channels.
• Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings, prices and availability up to date.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers.
• Build relationships with clients, landlords, agents and referral partners.
• Track inquiries, viewings and leads, and provide regular updates on marketing activity and results.
• Support marketing campaigns, property events and other sales activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience and a proven ability to meet targets.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good organisation and the ability to follow through on client enquiries.
