Legal Officer (Litigation)

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience
- Location Kajiado
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
Responsibilities:
- Litigation and dispute resolution
- Debt recovery and collections matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Court procedures and case management
- Legal research and legal opinions
- Liaising with external advocates, courts, and other relevant stakeholders
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- Valid practising certificate
- Relevant experience in litigation, preferably in a financial institution or microfinance environment
