Job Summary:

• Our Partner company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Lifeguard to join their team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional swimming skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests by enforcing pool rules, conducting regular surveillance of the swimming areas, and responding promptly to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Provide assistance and support to guests as needed, including helping with swimming techniques or providing first aid.
• Respond quickly and effectively emergencies or incidents in the pool area.
• Administer first aid and CPR as required until further medical assistance arrives.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including regular inspection of equipment and facilities.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in regular training sessions and drills to maintain and improve skills.
• Assist with necessary pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical equipment checks. testing, and
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.

Key Requirements & Skills
Education:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized authority.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a lifeguard in a 5-star hotel or similar luxury environment.
• Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform rescues in various scenarios.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform duties such. as lifting and carrying equipment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Must be a female candidate due to specific guest preferences and cultural considerations.
