About the Role

• The Lifestyle Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised concierge and lifestyle management services to members. As the primary relationship owner, the role ensures every interaction reflects Ziada Lifestyle Concierge's premium standards while building long-term member loyalty, satisfaction and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of members and serve as their trusted lifestyle advisor.
• Coordinate concierge services including travel, dining, events, wellness, shopping and family lifestyle needs.
• Anticipate member needs and proactively curate personalised experiences.
• Maintain accurate member profiles and relationship history.
• Manage service delivery through premium supplier partners.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally.
• Support membership retention, referrals and upgrades.
• Continuously improve member experience and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, relationship management or premium customer service.
• Exceptional communication, discretion and problem-solving skills.

• The successful candidate will be expected to anticipate member needs, work effectively with premium supplier partners and contribute to member loyalty, satisfaction, retention and referrals.
