Overall purpose of the job

• Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support and efficient management of front office operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Registration of patients and verification of medical benefits.
• Manage client appointments.
• Billing and collection of revenue.
• Generate periodic reports.
• Requision and petty cash management.
• Maintain pleasant front office environment.

Position requirements:

• Diploma in a business related course.
• Two(2) years of appropriate experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations.
• Good customer service and people skills.
• Self motivated and a team player.
• Pleasant personality.
• Excellent communication skills
