Role Overview

Are you a passionate and innovative developer with a lean towards developing AI solutions? We have a unique opportunity to join our AI Lab and be part of an AI-first environment. The ideal candidate should have a  demonstrated experience in building AI solutions and models, with a portfolio showcasing their projects. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience.  

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models solutions integrating to existing or new products.
• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment.

AI Lab Contribution:

• Participate in the development and growth of the AI Lab, contributing to its strategic direction.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and prototype new AI-driven product ideas.
• Document and share best practices and knowledge within the team.
• Test and validate AI models to ensure high standards and reliability.

Innovation and Problem Solving:

• Identify and analyze opportunities to apply AI to solve existing & new problems.
• Develop innovative AI solutions that are scalable and sustainable.

Portfolio and Project Presentation:

• Present AI projects and models developed to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a portfolio of AI projects and clearly articulate the process, results and impact of each project.

Key Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).  
• Understanding of AI/ML model development, training, and deployment
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and deployment platforms

Portfolio and Experience

• Demonstrated AI/ML project portfolio
• Proven track record of developing AI solutions
• Passion for solving complex problems using artificial intelligence
• Innovative thinking and ability to translate AI concepts into practical applications
