Job Description

• Have a good understanding of electriconics, refrigeration & maintance
• Have ability to Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
• Routine maintenance and repairs
• Maintenance of appliances and electronics throughout the establishment
• Purchase replacement of parts and components to use for repairs.
•  You will be responsible for inventorying these items and ordering components when necessary, paying close attention to quality whilst at the same time keeping cost time .
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel (line manager/supervisors), and follow safety protocol
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations
• Support the setup of ventilation, plumbing , refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary
• Stick to the work plan given to you by your line manager and ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion. If works take longer than usual thus should also be communicated
