Analyze and leverage KPIs to enhance daily operations in alignment with strategic focus areas.
Propose actionable improvements based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager and regional Maintenance Operations Managers to set and monitor targets aligned with the Field Operations Management Model.
Train Supervisors and Maintenance Operations Managers on maintenance tools and processes to ensure effective adoption.
Optimize routes, capacity planning, and maintenance profiles within the Front Line (FL).
Identify and gather improvement ideas to support the development of global operational methods.
Provide hands-on support for new deployments, driving the adoption, utilization, and continuous improvement of KONE Way (KW) business processes and tools into daily operations.
Are you the one?
Holds a university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrates experience in project management and benefit realization (preferred).
Possesses prior experience in business performance management (preferred).
Has familiarity with ERP systems or other reporting solutions (preferred).
Exhibits strong communication skills.
Fluent in English (highly desirable).
