    Records Management Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensuring security of files and documents; o Renewing file covers;
    • Ensuring proper handling of documents;
    • Pending correspondence and bring — ups;

    Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be in possession of: -

    • Bachelors degree in Information Science/Records Management or any of the social sciences from a recognized institution.
