    Manager - Programs and Partnerships

    The Opportunity

    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Manager – Programs & Partnerships. This is a critical role responsible for spearheading strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, and operational oversight of Foundation programs and institutions. If you're passionate about driving social impact through effective collaboration and program management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with organizational sustainability and impact goals
    • Lead resource mobilization, including donor engagement and proposal development
    • Oversee project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across Foundation initiatives
    • Manage operations of Mabti Technical Training Institute and Mabati Medical Centre to ensure alignment with community development objectives
    • Coordinate MRM’s CSR activities and ensure integrated, high-impact programming
    • Develop and implement systems for tracking project outcomes and measuring impact, generating high-quality reports and actionable recommendations based on evaluation findings.
    • Develop communication and advocacy strategies to promote Foundation work
    • Produce quality reports, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead teams for success

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Communications, or related field
    • Postgraduate qualifications in Business Management are an added advantage
    • 8–10 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years in partnerships, resource mobilization, or donor engagement roles
    • Experience in the NGO/Foundation sector and working with corporate, government, or multilateral partners
    • Fluency in English and Kiswahili
    • Proficiency in MS Office SuiteKey Competencies
