QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution of higher learning.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of factory processes & technology
• Knowledge in kaizen
• Ability to plan, prioritize workload in order to meet required deadlines
• A mature individual with high levels of integrity, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
