Nestlé is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Analyst to support the factory in achieving World-Class Manufacturing Excellence through the application of NCE principles, capability building and continuous improvement initiatives.

A Day in the Life of a Nestlé Manufacturing Excellence Analyst:

Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement_
- Support NCE deployment and factory improvement plans.
- Translate market priorities into factory objectives.
- Coach teams and strengthen manufacturing excellence capability.
Project and Performance Management_
- Drive improvement initiatives and measure outcomes.
- Support factory reporting and digitalisation activities.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and best practice sharing.
What Will Make You Successful
- Minimum 2 years factory experience.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence principles.
- Strong coaching, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Qualification requirement: NIL / to be confirmed.
