Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing and sales team. This candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage customer communication, support marketing campaigns, and maintain records to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in the preparation of follow-up of client proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records, databases, and client files.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
• Track leads and follow up with directions from the sales team.

Marketing Coordination

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, events).
• Help manage social media platforms and update website.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials such as rosters, e-newsletters.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and audience engagement.

Administrative Duties

• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Handle departmental documentation and filing.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate logistics for promotional events or activations.

Desirable

• Prior experience in a marketing or sales environment.
• Knowledge of radio, media, or advertising industries.
• Creative flair and basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
