    Marketing Assistant

    Job Description

    The holder of this position will be focused on outbound lead generation. His/her contribution will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. Below are the duties and responsibilities:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide insightful contribution to help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. 
    • Perform administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. 
    • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns
    • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market 
    •  Support sales and marketing executives in organizing various projects 
    • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) 
    • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information 
    • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems  
    • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success 
    • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations 
    • Warming up leads and setting up appointments for someone on client’s team and/or close themselves.   

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a marketing assistant -Minimum 1-year relevant experience 
    • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, or any Business relevant field. 
    • Experience in list building and lead generation.  
    • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines 
    • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach 
    • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases 
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.) 
    • Exquisite communication and people skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills
