Marketing Manager at Sphinx Pharmaceutical Limited

Reporting To:              Sales & Marketing Manager

 Job summary

Responsible for the product introduction and the management of the product life cycle, designs, develops, implements, and analyzes the various marketing strategies and use to market and promote the company’s products in the constantly changing industry scenario, as well as managing the marketing team.

 Responsibilities

• Developing the overall marketing strategy for the company
• Overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any
• Executes the sales promotional activities, placing the advertisements, and other marketing strategies
• Product introduction and the management of the product life cycle.
• Promoting products to health care service providers
• Observe and trap the competitor prices, campaigns, new product launch.
• Ensure the good market share of the products under portfolio
• Provide hands on support through field working with sales and marketing team.
• Design and Develop successful marketing campaigns that are unique & specific to take or achieve maximum market share and help to penetrate in the market and own their implementation and execution.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players including institutions.
• Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Provide and arrange product training sessions for marketing team.
• Determining and achieving the sales goals of the organization
• Any other roles that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science is a requirement
• Post Graduate qualification in Marketing is desirable
• Over 5 Years’ experience in a similar industry
• A mature person, aged 30 years & above.
• Ability to handle demanding situations & work with minimum supervision.
• Person of unquestionable integrity.
