Marketing Representative at TakaTaka Solutions

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research and update data for content creation in the organisation's Social Media platforms as per the marketing execution calendar
2. Write copy for the TTS newsletter and forward to the head of Marketing for editing
3. Assist the Head of Marketing in creating of videos for promotional purposes and for our partners
4. Liaise with the customer care team in the preparation and execution of marketing events
5. Updating of the TTS website to ensure data remains fresh and company information such as vacancies are updated regularly
6. Assist the Head of Marketing in creation and coordination with suppliers of marketing collateral such as posters, stickers, fliers and profiles
7. Assist the head of marketing in ensuring a consistent brand is maintained on recycling stations, compost bags and all other avenues where the TTS brand is displayed
8. Assist the sales team in market research and surveys as required
9. Assist in Client training on recycling and waste management practiceswwwwwwwww

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Marketing, 
2. Degree in Public Relations or Marketing related course will be an added advantage
3. Knowledge of how to use basic editing software such as Canva, Illustrator or Publisher
4. Junior or associate member of a professional marketing body e.g. Chartered Institute of Marketing or Marketing Society of Kenya
5. 2 Years experience in an entry level marketing position
6. Basic skills in Web Analytics and Google Adwords

This is an entry level position with a salary range of 25,000- 30,000 KES
