Matsi App Engagement For Women Economics Empowerment at Girl Child Network

Objectives of the Consultant

The consultant will provide the following services:

• Perform all the necessary activities for the recruitment of 12,000 beneficiaries and their enrollment to the Matsi App. To consider enrollment successful, beneficiaries must login to the Matsi App and remain active for the 3 months.
• Monitor the progress of the beneficiaries.
• Report to GCN with feedback on the Matsi App, the courses and challenges they faced, additional comments useful to the improvement of the platform. The first report should be delivered by 12th April 2022 and the second at the end of the program.
• Perform all the necessary activities to ensure the completion of the program. To consider program completion successful the beneficiary should complete the Kick-Off courses and quiz, complete the Break Your Ceiling courses and quiz, complete the on-line course provided by Google.org and get the certification.
• Coordinate 1 Break Your Ceiling live sessions by Mexoxo which will empower the beneficiaries

Requirements for recruiting the beneficiaries

• Must be women.
• Must have at least basic knowledge of English.
• 18+ years.
• Smart phone or access to the internet.

Scope of the Program

• Goal: 12,000 Beneficiaries graduate from the program
• Duration: 7/3/2022- 31/5/2022
• Course: The fundamentals of digital Marketing (40hrs)

• Break your Ceiling Sessions (https://www.breakyourceiling.com) Inspirations talks;
• Kick off your business sessions (steps, instructions and tools of how to create your own business. Focus areas: - How to create your business plan - How to create your first 3-year financial plan - How to create your pitch deck)

Expected Output

• 12,000 women above 18 years enrolled and complete the online course

Consultant Qualification

• Experience in supervising online trainings.
• Knowledge in ICT.
• Must be available for the 3-month engagement.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent report writing skills.
