- Job Field Education / Teaching , Science
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree, Higher Diploma, or Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Theatre Nursing, Peri-Operative Theatre Technology, Applied Biology, Medical and Health Sciences, Public Health, or related field
- Proven professional experience in the relevant healthcare field
- Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and effectiveness in professional settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with passion for training and education
- Experience working with diverse student groups and meeting varied learning needs
ADDED ADVANTAGES
- Professional training experience in a college or institutional setting
- Technical education certification in pedagogy
- TVETA Registration or Licensing
