Medical Customer Service Associate at Flare Emergency Response

What you’ll be doing:

• Be a part of our team of world-class Emergency Response Operators (hERO) that run our 24/7 dispatch center.
• Handle non-emergency calls and carry out case follow-ups.
• Quickly escalate per the protocols for urgent cases.
• Coordinate with other teams when needed to address the caller’s needs.
• Document every call in the system.

Things that will make you stand out:

• No working experience is required.
• Background working in a busy call center is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Paramedical science, EMT, Nursing (any healthcare-related field).
