Medical Director

- Experience 7 - 10 years

Key Reponsibilities:
- Clinical Governance Quality & Safety
- Regulatory Compliance Staff management Strategic planning Conflict Resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- MBChB or its equivalent from a recognized institution
- Masters Degree in Medicine (MMed), Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management, or related clinical specialty is highly desirable
- Valid Licence and current retention certificate from KMPDC
- Minimum 7-10 years of clinical with atleast 3 - 5years in senor medical management or leadership role in a busy level 4 or 5 Hospital
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan Healthcare Ecosystem SHA/SHIF operations, private insurance frameworks
- At least five years service as clinical lead e.g. Department or Section
