    Key Reponsibilities:

    • Clinical Governance Team Leadership Resource Management Patient Advocacy Compliance

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • Masters Degree in Healthcare administration is an added advantage
    • Valid Practicing Licence from Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
    • Valid certifications
    • (ATLS/ACLS/EPLS/ETA as Applicable)
    • Minimum 7-10 years of clinical nursing experience with atleast 4 years in a senior management or supervisory role.

    Medical Director

    Key Reponsibilities:

    • Clinical Governance Quality & Safety
    • Regulatory Compliance Staff management Strategic planning Conflict Resolution

    REQUIREMENTS

    • MBChB or its equivalent from a recognized institution
    • Masters Degree in Medicine (MMed), Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Management, or related clinical specialty is highly desirable
    • Valid Licence and current retention certificate from KMPDC
    • Minimum 7-10 years of clinical with atleast 3 - 5years in senor medical management or leadership role in a busy level 4 or 5 Hospital
    • Strong understanding of the Kenyan Healthcare Ecosystem SHA/SHIF operations, private insurance frameworks
    • At least five years service as clinical lead e.g. Department or Section
