Medical Officer Incharge at The Nairobi Women's Hospital

Job Description: As the medical superintendent of the hospital, this position will lead the medical services function of the hospital ensuring availability and quality of medical services, control and supervision of the team and provide administrative leadership and guidance while ensuring medical services are delivered to the highest standards through planning, organizing and implementation of quality initiatives within the hospital in line with business objectives. In addition, this role will oversee diagnostics and pharmacy services and ensure delivery of quality and business objectives.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (MbCHb) with more than 3 years post internship work experience. In addition, the successful candidates must have excellent medical practice skills, patient managements skills, training in quality management, high sense of business acumen and excellent skills in stakeholder management. Valid certification in BLS, ATLS,ACLS is required.
