This program will give you the opportunity to develop as a leader at Roche. • Contribute to talent pools with individuals who gained experience in different disciplines

Program Characteristics/Scope

• A rotational talent development program
• 2 years in different disciplines, 3 or 4 assignments
• Contributing to purpose driven projects and taking responsibilities from day 1
• Participants will have access to senior leaders and will be assigned to a mentor to support their career journey

Who are you?

As an ideal candidate you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
• Minimum 1 year of clinical, research or healthcare related practice, post-internship
• Preferably, basic knowledge or experience in epidemiology, lab work, clinical operations/research and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Eagerness to work with diverse cultures
• Passion for learning new things and high degree of integrity and courage
• Excellent communication and innovation skills
• Proficient in English
