MERL Associate at Yara International

Responsibilities

• Mainstream the Yara Africa and Asia (YAA) MERL framework across program countries in close coordination with the flagship MERL third party partners.
• Monitor project-wise progress, collect and collate data, analyze and report results in a prescribed rhythm – monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Assists with the tracking and reporting of key social impact metrics.
• Provide broad-based support to the the Social Impact team, as needed.
• Monitor, research, and analyse sustainable business standards, trends and practices.
• Develops impact communications and messaging to further promote efforts internally and externally.
• Assists with the tracking and reporting of key social impact metrics.
• Provide broad-based support to the the Social Impact team, as needed.
• Assists with key Impact and Sustainability reporting processes.
• Co-ordinates independent Impact Evaluation – annually.

Profile

• University undergraduate degree in Business related fields with a post graduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Sustainability or Social Sciences.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Fluency in English and Swahili languages
• Experience in advanced Microsoft Office applications such as excel.
