We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Modern Work and Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Modern Work and Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and efficient modern workplace environment for our clients. You will leverage your expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enable our clients to embrace the digital era while ensuring the highest level of security.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage modern workplace solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.
• Assess client requirements, identify security gaps, and provide recommendations for improving overall security posture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated modern work and security solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to modern work and security.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Modern Work and Security Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Endpoint Manager.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
• Experience in conducting security assessments and implementing security controls.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
