Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Alika Health Initiative

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of the project against predetermined milestones and targets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of a project in relation to its objectives, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Monitor deliverables against agreed timelines, quality standards and budget constraints.
• Ensure that all project deliverables align with international standards.
• Liaise with other departments, such as Programs and Finance to monitor project expenditures against budgeted amounts.
• Ensure that all deadlines are met according to time schedules agreed upon with donors or other funding source.
• Evaluate programs or projects concerning their sustainability, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
• Prepare projects’ M&E report at the end of the month and quarterly and half year reports for Tumaini Project specifically.

You need a minimum of 5 years experince in M&E position in a busy organization to apply for this position.
