Motor Inspection and Valuation Manager at AA Kenya

Job Summary;

The position holder will lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering Inspection and Valuation services to our customers across the country with an objective of achieving the strategic goals of the department.

Minimum job requirements: 

• Degree or Diploma in Automotive or mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience in a reputable organization, with 2 years in leadership position.
• Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
• Innovative manager able to cultivate an innovative culture to drive the strategy.
• ICT Savy with good understanding of ERP systems.
• Excellent people, relationship management and Entrepreneurial skills.
• A professional with high degree of integrity.
• Hands on experience in running a similar field will be an added advantage.
