Minimum Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
• At least 8 years experience in a reputable organization, with 2 years in a leadership position.
• Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
• Innovative manager able to cultivate an innovative culture to drive the strategy.
• ICT Savvy with a good understanding of ERP systems.
• Excellent people, relationship management and Entrepreneurial skills.
• A professional with a high degree of integrity.
• Hands-on experience in running a similar field will be an added advantage
