Analyse market trends and passenger demand to identify opportunities for schedule optimization and growth.
Develop and maintain the airline flight schedules including assigning aircraft to routes and determining flight frequencies and times.
Monitoring schedule performance and adjusting as needed to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
Working closely with other departments such as Maintenance, Operations, Crew scheduling, Revenue management and finance to ensure that schedules are aligned with the airline’s overall goals and objectives.
Using scheduling software and other tools to manage data and generate reports that support decision making and strategic planning.
Conducting research and analysis to evaluate the impact of new routes, aircraft types and other operational changes on the airlines schedule and profitability
Participating in cross functional teams and working collaboratively with other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in scheduling and operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in airline operations
