Requirements

​Minimum Qualifications 

• Kenya Registered Community Health Nurse (KRCHN). 
• Valid practising license from the Nursing Council of Kenya. 
• Minimum of five (5) years’ nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role in a busy hospital environment.

• Excellent patient assessment and critical care coordination skills. 
• Ability to lead and motivate nursing teams during high-pressure situations.
