The Nurse In Charge Administration is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting the strategic goals of the nursing department. Reporting directly to the Head of Nursing, this role involves supervision, resource management, policy implementation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSN/KRCHN from a recognized institution
• Nursing Council of Kenya registration & valid practicing license
• At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
