    Nursing Personnel (Specialists) - Anaesthetist

    VACANCY NO. KSI/PSB/67-75/2020: NURSING PERSONNEL (SPECIALISTS) FIFTY (50) POSTS – JOB GROUP ‘K’

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assessing, Planning, Implementing Nursing Interventions and Evaluating Patient’s Outcomes
    • Providing appropriate healthcare service including integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses ( IMCI), Immunization, PMTCT, Ante-natal Care and Delivery
    • Providing Health Education and Counseling to patients/clients on identified health needs
    • Referring Patients and Clients Appropriately
    • Facilitating patients’ admission and initiating discharge plans
    • Maintaining records on patients/clients health condition and care
    • Ensuring a tidy and safe clinical environment
    • Collecting and compiling data
    • Any other duties as maybe assigned to you by the Nursing Services Manager.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT

    • Must Be a Kenyan Citizen.
    • Must have a Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
    • Must have a Higher Diploma in respective specialty area.
    • Enrolment Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
    • Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
    • Valid practicing license from Nursing Council of Kenya.
    • Certificate in Computer application skills from a recognized institution

    TERMS OF SERVICE: 3 Years Contract

    Method of Application

    1. Kenya Revenue Authority
    2. Higher Education Loans Board
    3. Criminal Investigation Department
    4. Credit Reference Bureau
    5. Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
