    Occupational Safety Health and Environment (OSHE) Officer

    • We are seeking a passionate and experienced OSE Officer to promote and ensure a safe and healthy working environment by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining health and safety standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with relevant legislation and company requirements.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety policies and programs.
    • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
    • Train staff on occupational safety, health practices, and emergency procedures.
    • Ensure full compliance with applicable OSH laws and regulations.
    • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
    • Oversee equipment safety maintenance, housekeeping standards, and safe environmental management.
    • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections and activities.
    • Promote a safety culture among staff

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hospitality management, with exposure to events management.
    • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams across different locations.
    • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
    • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
