Office Manager at International Fund for Animal Welfare

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience preferred
•  5 + years administrative support experience, ideally including experience working in an international NGO or multinational company.
•  2+ years Office Management or equivalent experience
•  Ability to confidently communicate with all staff, visitors, vendors, etc. across cultures and backgrounds.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•  Extremely well organized and ability to prioritize
•  Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
•  Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
•  Strong working knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
•  Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
•  Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook a must
